In this gentle, grounding workshop, we’ll explore how simple Qigong movements can help us settle the body, quiet the mind, and deepen our sitting meditation practice. Qigong, an ancient Chinese energy practice, works with breath, posture, and intention to release tension and bring us into the present moment. By opening the body and calming the nervous system, we create a more receptive space for stillness and insight during meditation. All levels welcome—no experience necessary.
